Finance & Administration Assistant

Main responsibilities:

• Customer Credit control & Order release
• Issuing credit memos
• Control and process all creditors invoices received including expense claims
• Petty cash administration & bank statements processing
• Preparing & processing payments
• CBS reporting
• Assisting Finance Manager in preparing financial accounting statement and report
• Ensure all documentation received is filed accordingly
• Track and administer vacation requests
• Distribution of mails, transfer of phone calls.
• Coordinate office supplies
• General Office administration

• Job requirements:

• Minimum MBO level, preferably in the field of accounting/administration
• Experience in accounting and/or financial administration is preferred 
• Good PC Skills such as Microsoft Office
• Good communication both written & verbal in Dutch and English is a must, Communication skills in Chinese is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize work and good organizational skills
• Flexible, efficient, accurate, disciplined, has a hand on mentality
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as demonstrating own initiative
• Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment.
